Returns - 30 Day Policy


We appreciate your understanding of the policies outlined below and are here for you if you have any questions or concerns regarding these policies before your order is placed.


• Returns for items purchased on www.houdinismoke.com may be accepted for return within 30 days of receiving your product.


• Returns will not be granted for empty product bottles or products that are received less than half full.


• Kits are eligible for a return only if the complete kit is returned. Partial kits are not eligible for a return and individual items within the kit are not eligible for return. Please see below for additional restrictions.


• Returns that are sent back that do not comply with the above policies will be communicated to the customer and returned to them if they wish at their expense, otherwise they will be discarded.


• Please note you are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping. We recommend using a return method that provides tracking, so you can ensure your return has reached us. Once your return has been received, we will refund your order for the cost of the products and applicable taxes only - the shipping cost will not be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund is being processed.

If you are eligible for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 3-5 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or payment method again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us here.
